Privacy Policy

Hostcloud360 (“Hostcloud360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand of MEXA TECHUB USA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit hostcloud360.com (the “Website”) or purchase and use our cloud VPS hosting services (the “Services”).

By using the Website or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing address when you create an account or purchase a plan.
  • Payment Information: When you make a payment, your payment details (such as credit/debit card number, expiration date, and security code) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We receive only limited information from Stripe, such as the card type, the last four digits of your card, the card’s expiration date, and the transaction status, which we use for billing management, receipts, and fraud prevention.
  • Support Communications: Information you provide when you contact our support team, including the contents of your messages and any attachments.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage and Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visits, and referring URLs.
  • Service Data: Technical data related to your VPS instances, such as resource usage (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, storage), server status, and access logs, collected to operate, secure, and bill the Services.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: See Section 7 below.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services, including fraud-prevention signals and payment verification data from Stripe, and analytics data from providers described in Section 6.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  1. Provide, operate, provision, and maintain the Services, including creating and managing your VPS instances;
  2. Process payments, subscriptions, renewals, and refunds through Stripe;
  3. Send transactional communications, including order confirmations, payment receipts, renewal reminders, invoices, and service notifications;
  4. Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  5. Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  6. Comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements;
  7. Improve the Website and Services, including through aggregated analytics; and
  8. Send marketing communications where permitted by law — you may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Legal bases (where applicable, e.g., under the GDPR): performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), compliance with legal obligations, and consent (marketing, non-essential cookies).

3. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments on hostcloud360.com are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter payment details:

  • Your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections and is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
  • Stripe may collect additional information from your device (such as IP address and device identifiers) for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
  • We retain records of transactions (amount, date, plan purchased, billing name and address, last four card digits) as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

For recurring subscriptions, your payment method is securely stored by Stripe (not by us) and charged automatically at each renewal in accordance with the billing terms disclosed at checkout and in our Terms of Service. You can update or remove your stored payment method, or cancel your subscription, at any time through your account dashboard. At checkout, you confirm your agreement to our terms and to automatic recurring billing, and we retain a record of that consent (including its date, time, and IP address) as evidence of your authorization.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc., for payment processing, subscription billing, fraud prevention, and dispute handling;
  • Infrastructure Providers: Data center and cloud infrastructure partners that host the servers underlying the Services (including facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, and Australia), strictly as necessary to provide the Services;
  • Service Providers: Vendors that support our operations (e.g., email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • Legal and Safety: Law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or address security or abuse issues;
  • Business Transfers: A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After account closure, we retain:

  • Billing and transaction records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically up to 7 years);
  • Server and access logs for a limited period for security and abuse investigation purposes;
  • Other personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.

Data on your VPS instances is deleted following account termination in accordance with our Terms of Service. You are responsible for backing up your data before cancellation.
